Returns

You may return your item within 7 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at info@thedigital-era.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with instructions for returning the product.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Used, washed, or customized items are not eligible for return or refund.
